1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (handmade soaps, fragrances, and personal care items), we can only accept returns if:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • There is a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.

4. Non‑Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds on:

  • Used or opened products

  • Sale items

  • Digital products (if applicable)

  • Gift cards

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, we may not be able to stop the order if it has already been processed.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
